Cleveland Cavaliers star LeBron James is sometimes the butt of fan jokes — but not like this. A caricature of the Cavaliers star forward was tattooed on a basketball fan’s leg, adding one more joke about James to the list.

The Cavaliers lost to the Golden State Warriors in the 2017 NBA Finals this month and James haters couldn’t be happier. But one critic of James was excited to see the star forward’s defeat. But maybe most anti-James fans have not taken their disdain for the Cavalier’s player this far. Kalen Gilleeseof Salt Lake City tattooed a meme of James crying on his lower calf. Gilleese is a Michael Jordan fanatic who doesn’t like James or how the star forward plays the game.

"I give all the respect to LeBron and everything like that, he’s a legend and everything like that," Gilleese told KSTU, Salt Lake City. "I just hate the way he flops and cries, and always looking for calls. For how big the guy is, to me, it’s just kind of pathetic."

Gilleese got tattoo artist friend Preston Schooley to do the image. Schooley is employed at Blaque Salt Tattoo in Salt Lake City. Schooley tattooed Gilleese Wednesday after a few weeks of deliberation.

"After the Warriors won [the championship], I convinced him to do it on me," Gilleese told ESPN. "Every time I look at it I laugh, and I like to show it and make people smile. LeBron is definitely a legend, but he's the biggest crybaby legend of all time."

The picture of James whimpering might originate from the infamous “Crying Jordan” meme passed around the internet for years. The picture of Michael Jordan crying originated from an image of the former Chicago Bulls star who cried during his NBA Hall of Fame induction in 2009. The meme is usually used in jest on the internet whenever something unfortunate occurs.

After the 2017 NBA Finals, singer Rihanna expressed her thoughts on James and the outcome of the game on social media. The singer took to Instagram to post an image of what appeared to be Jordan's face on her physique, with the No. 23 written in sun tan lotion in admiration of James. (Both Jordan and James wore that number.) The caption under her post read "#childish." Rihanna is a fan of James and made it known publically. She attended Game 1 of the NBA Finals to cheer on James and the Cavaliers.

Many speculated Rihanna heckled James’ competition, Warriors forward Kevin Durant, during the game. Allegedly, she tried to distract Durant while he attempted a free throw by yelling out “brick.” Durant apprently glared at Rihanna in the crowd after he hit a three-pointer.

Even though James and the Cavaliers lost, he made NBA history as the first player to average a triple-double in each game of the NBA Finals, recording 33.6 points, 12 rebounds and 10 assists a game.
