The bliss that typically accompanies a trip to Chipotle just wasn’t enough for one Delaware couple.

Michael Suh, 38, and Nicole Germack, 27, were arrested Saturday for having sex on the roof of a local Chipotle Mexican Grill, the Newark (Delaware) Police Department. According to officials, the pair was seen by several witnesses “engaging in sexual intercourse” toward the front of the restaurant’s roof.

Police were alerted by those who saw the public romp and an officer was sent to the scene. When the officer arrived, he instructed the couple to stop, but authorities say the pair continued for 15 to 20 seconds more.

When they were informed they were under arrest for their public fling, the pair ran to Suh’s apartment near the restaurant. Authorities eventually captured the pair. They were both charged with resisting arrest, lewdness, indecent exposure, loitering and conspiracy.

Police say they have since been released from custody after posting $1,800 bond.
