E! News reports the 27-year-old singer smelled like alcohol when officers approached his vehicle in the early hours of August 15. Officers administered numerous sobriety tests, all of which the singer failed.
Miguel, born Miguel Jontel Pimentel, blew a .10 and .11 on his breathalyzer. This is way above the state's limit of .08. He was released on $5,000 bail hours after his arrest and has a court date scheduled for September.
