Miley Cyrus ‘Beyond Happy’ Over Engagement With Liam Hemsworth, ‘Making Changes’ For Relationship To Work

Miley Cyrus is “beyond happy” over the past few days as her engagement is back on with her former boyfriend Liam Hemsworth, a source told People magazine. The couple first started dating in 2009 and had been apart since 2013. Recent reports, however, suggested that they have reunited.

Cyrus had recently posted several photos on Instagram showing her wearing the engagement ring she got from Hemswroth when he proposed in 2012. The photo had led to several fans speculating that the couple has got engaged again.

“Miley is beyond happy to be engaged to Liam again,” the source told People magazine, adding: “It might seem sudden, but they have been very close for the past few months.”

The source also said: “They just wanted to keep their relationship out of the spotlight while they figured things out,” adding: “Liam never liked how exposed his life was with Miley.”

Reports had also said earlier this week that the “Wrecking Ball” singer Cyrus moved back in with Hemsworth at his Malibu house with her four dogs. However, this was contested by the report from People magazine, saying that Cyrus and Hemsworth are planning to move in together. The People report also said that the two are still trying to figure out where they will settle down.

The source said, according to People magazine, that Cyrus is “making changes for their relationship to work” and that “They both seem much more mature.”

The source also said: “Miley wants to get married,” adding: “His family was very hesitant about a marriage in the past, but they really got to know Miley better when she spent time in Australia a few weeks ago. Everyone seems excited that they are back together.”

The latest news of their engagement follows a report last week which said that Cyrus and the “Hunger Games” actor always had feelings for each other, despite the long break-up.

The couple first met on the sets of “The Last Song.”
