Miley Cyrus Clings To Liam Hemsworth During Date Night At ‘Huntsman’ Premiere; Why He ‘Protects’ Her [PHOTOS]
“Wrecking Ball” singer Miley Cyrus clung to Liam Hemsworth during a date night at the premiere of his brother Chris Hemsworth’s movie “The Huntsman” Monday. Hemsworth didn’t let Cyrus out of his sight as they headed to Baltaire restaurant in Los Angeles, Entertainment Tonight Online wrote in an exclusive report. The couple recently rekindled their romance after calling off their engagement in 2013.
Hemsworth’s other brother, Luke, also joined their dinner. The group "was very rowdy and having a good time," a source told ET. But fans probably won’t hear the Australian “Hunger Games” star talk about his newly intimate bond with Cyrus. This time around, Hemsworth wants to protect the singer’s privacy.
“Liam is going out of his way to protect Miley and their love,” an insider told Hollywood Life in an exclusive report Tuesday. “They have both been out of sight, not seen together, and that has been his plan to protect the privacy of their relationship. Liam has hired extra security for them both.”
It’s been rumored the Australian hunk, 26, asked Cyrus to take a step back from social media. “He feels that privacy is the key to their relationship working this time around,” the source said. “Liam has even been using elaborate schemes to shield Miley from the media and paparazzi. Miley and Liam have been happy together and spending tons of time with each other at both of their places in Malibu. Thanks to Liam, Miley has felt safe, protected and loved.”
Even though Cyrus, 23, isn’t willing to give up social media for good, she is willing to tone it down for her boyfriend. “Liam is leading the way right now with keeping things private, and Miley really appreciates that he is looking out for both of them,” the source said. “Miley may love to mix it up on social media, but when it comes to her relationship with Liam, she has learned the hard way the importance of keeping their daily ups and downs out of the media.”
