Even if they were already separated for a while, the Aussie actor, reportedly, filed for divorce from the Disney alum after he saw snaps of her making out with Kaitlynn Carter.

After Miley was confirmed to be dating Cody Simpson, 22, Liam Hemsworth hinted that he may have a new girl in his life now after “The Hunger Games” star was seen together with “Dynasty” actress Maddison Brown, 22. A lot of fans expected the “Butterfly Fly Away” singer to react to Liam’s new relationship. However, it seems like Miley is not, at all, paying attention to her ex-beau’s newfound love.

“Right now, Miley is so happy being with Cody that she’s not really paying attention to Liam and Maddison because she knows that is the past,” an unnamed source told HollywoodLife.com. “She’s known Cody for years and her family has known him since he and Miley were kids. She and Cody have a history. This is a completely different thing for her than Liam and they’re just having a lot of fun together which Miley needs right now,” the insider went on.

Though Miley Cyrus is undeniably happy in Cody Simpson's arms, OK! Magazine claimed their relationship frustrated the “Hannah Montana” star’s family and friends. An anonymous informant told the publication that everyone is begging the singer-actress to slow things down with her new boyfriend. The same source added that Miley appears to be “obsessed” with Cody and they “cannot keep their hands off each other.” The couple has yet to comment on these claims.

Meanwhile, Miley and Cody were sighted together again, on Friday, in Los Angeles. The lovebirds stepped out and strolled the streets of the “City of Flowers and Sunshine” for some ice cream. “The Last Song” actress donned high-waisted light denim jeans and paired it with a tiny white shirt. The Aussie singer, for his part, sported a white No Doubt shirt and a pair of black leather pants.

Miley Cyrus and Cody Simpson showed some PDA during the most recent sighting. Daily Mail even published a photo of the two sharing a passionate kiss as the “Slide Away” songstress wrapped her arms around her boyfriend.
