Miley Cyrus has taken a permanent stand in favor of gay marriage -- she got an equal sign tattoo on her finger to make it known.

The pop music star and actress Tweeted "ALL LOVE is equal" on Friday, along with a picture of her new tattoo permanently supporting gay marriage.

"Where does it say in the bible to judge others?" Cyrus Tweeted. "Oh right. It doesn't. GOD is the only judge honey. GOD is love."

The new tattoo is not the first for Cyrus. She has a heart tattooed on her little finger, an anchor on her wrist, a dreamcatcher on her ribcage, and the words "Just Breathe" tattooed on the left side of her chest in honor of a friend who died of cystic fibrosis.

Neither was it the first time Cyrus has made a public statement in favor of gay marriage.

The "Party in the USA" singer and former Hannah Montana star Tweeted after Casey Anthony was found not guilty on murder charges -- "You know the world is skewed when people get away with murdering children but we can't get gay marriage legalized in the state of California."
