Angie Simpson, Cody Simpson's mother, reposted the controversial photo on her Instagram story and wrote “cheeky buggers” as the caption. This, according to New Idea, is her seal of approval to the pair despite all the controversies that plagued Cody and Miley Cyrus’ relationship.

Cody released a new track called “Golden Thing” just a few days after he and Miley sparked romance rumors. Speaking to HollywoodLife.com, the Aussie singer revealed that Miley was “forcing” him to finish the song, which he wrote while she suffering from tonsillitis.

“I wrote her a song this week that she’s pretty much forcing me to put out,” Cody told the entertainment news outlet. “She (Miley Cyrus) was like, ‘If you don’t put this sh– out, I’m putting it out on your behalf for you. I’m getting your Spotify login and doing this sh– myself,’” he went on.

Meanwhile, the lewd photo also sparked speculations that Cody Simpson and Miley Cyrus are now living under the same roof. Cheat Sheet claimed fans have assumed the Aussie singer has moved in with his girlfriend since they appear to be getting so serious about their relationship.
