Miley Cyrus has been sick and she has been admitted to a hospital for the past few days. Her dad Billy Ray Cyrus took to Instagram recently to wish his daughter a speedy recovery.

“Get well soon Mile,” Billy Ray wrote on his Instagram page. He shared the message by posting a throwback picture of him with his daughter from a decade ago.

Billy Ray collaborated with his daughter 10 years ago on “Dancing With the Stars” by debuting the duet version of the song “Ready, Set, Don’t Go.” The throwback picture shows the dad and daughter together, smiling at the camera. “Love ya Bud,” he wrote in the post.

Miley on the other hand has been interacting with her fans from her hospital bed. She shared a picture of her on Twitter, showing her in the hospital gown and tubes attached to her arm. Despite her health issues, the singer appears to be doing well and making a steady recovery.

The health problems have not stopped Miley from lending her support for a campaign to save gorillas. Ellen DeGeneres is organizing a charity event on Oct. 12 to raise funds for The Ellen Fund to support Gorilla Conservation.

Apart from Miley, the event is being supported by Bruno Mars and James Corden. DeGeneres announced in Twitter that the tickets for the event are sold out, and she also thanked the stars for their support for the campaign.

Miley promised her fans that she is trying to heal as quickly as possible to attend the Gorillapalooza event. She asked people to send good vibes her way.

“Hoping the Rock star G*DS send me a boost of bad ass and help me kick this s--t to the curb where it belongs!” Miley wrote in her post.

“We got gorillas to save,” she added.
