A new promotional video is out ahead of the return of “The Millionaire Detective – Balance: Unlimited.” The video includes the theme song “NAVIGATOR” by the male idol group SixTONES.

The anime series went on a hiatus when Japan declared a state of emergency due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Later, “The Millionaire Detective – Balance: Unlimited” announced that the show would resume airing the first episode from July 16.

The official Twitter account has tweeted a promo video showcasing cuts from the series. The video also features the opening theme, which is performed by SixTONES.

“The Millionaire Detective – Balance: Unlimited” anime was delayed after airing two episodes. Episode 3 of the anime series is scheduled to air towards the end of July.

The story revolves around a wealthy Daisuke Kanbe, who uses his money to solve a crime. His ways of cracking a case are quite unconventional, but he manages to find a workaround. In the series, Kanbe is asked to join the Modern Crimes Task Unit, which is formed to keep problematic crime fighters away from others. Kanbe’s partner is Kato, who is against Kanbe’s way of fighting crime in the city.

The cast of “The Millionaire Detective – Balance: Unlimited” anime series includes Mamoru Miyano as Kato, Akira Kamiya as Chosuke Nakamoto, Yusuke Onuki as Daisuke Kanbe, Junya Enoki as Ryo Hoshino, Kentaro Kumagai as Shinnosuke Kamei, Kozo Shioya as Yukihiro Kiyomizu, Reina Ueda as Mahoro Saeki, Kazuyuki Okitsu as HEUSC, Rikiya Koyama as Katsuhiro Takei and Shinya Takahashi as Teppei Yumoto.

The anime series is directed by Tomohiko Ito, and series composition is done by Taku Kishimoto. The art direction is handled by Masaru Sato and Sayaka Kashiwamura. Ami Sato, Naokatsu Tsuda, Tomohiko Ito, and Yasuaki Kurotsu handle the storyboard. The music for “The Millionaire Detective – Balance: Unlimited” is composed of Yugo Kanno, and it is based on the original work by Yasutaka Tsutsui.

“The Millionaire Detective – Balance: Unlimited” Episode 3 is scheduled to release July 30. Fans can watch the episode online via live streaming on Funimation.
