Miranda Lambert-Blake Shelton Update: ‘Over You’ Singer Shares Emotional 'Protect Yo Heart' Photo Amid Divorce Woes

Miranda Lambert posted an emotional photo on her Instagram account Thursday amid reports that she is trying to cope with her divorce from Blake Shelton by focusing on music and spending time with friends. However, the latest photo of the “Over You” singer, gave rise to speculation that she is still finding it difficult to get over the split.

“I don't normally lay on the sidewalk in NYC....Words move me....words make me move. #NYC,” Lambert captioned the photo, which showed her lying on a sidewalk with the words, “Protect Yo Heart.”

Earlier, Lambert had posted another photo with her friend, with the caption: “Thank you @frescobyscotto for an amazing dinner! #foodcoma #girlsnight #NYC.”

The 31-year-old country music singer was seen wearing the same dress in both the pictures.

Lambert, who ended four years of marriage with Shelton in July, is said to be relying on her music and friends to come to terms with the divorce. She was spotted having dinner with three friends at Italian eatery Fresco by Scotto on Wednesday.

“Miranda seemed to be in great spirits. She was working the room and taking pictures with all of the customers,” a source told New York Post's Page Six. “She was even blessing everyone she interacted with. She looked incredible.”

Earlier this week, Lambert made an appearance at the ACM Honors awards in Nashville, where she sang a song about divorce.

Meanwhile, Shelton has also started focusing on his work after returning to the sets of “The Voice,” which according to several reports, is helping him deal with his failed marriage with Lambert.

Shelton and Lambert have battled dozens of cheating rumors after the news of their split surfaced. Lambert is accused of cheating with singer Chris Young, and Shelton is accused of cheating with singer Cady Groves.
