Misha Barton Claims Ex-Boyfriend Is Stalking Her, Has ‘Doctored’ Sex Tapes

Misha Barton and her ex-boyfriend, Adam Spaw, did not split amicably.

On Friday, Barton, 31, testified that she was “terrified” of Spaw because she believes he has been stalking her. In addition, she claimed that he owns several copies of a “doctored” sex tape that was recorded without her consent. When Barton’s ex left the house they used to live in together, she found multiple flash drives containing sex videos. When pressed by the judge to reveal how she determined they were edited, the “O.C.” star just said that those were not the originals, TMZ reported.

Barton and Spaw were supposed to have a courtroom showdown, but he never made it because of a family emergency. However, his lawyer appeared before the court and heard Barton’s plea for a permanent restraining order. A follow-up hearing was scheduled for July 21, New York Daily News reported.

The sex tapes seem to be last straw for Barton. Back in March, the court granted the actress a temporary restraining order against her ex, but he continued to contact her by calls and texts. “The Beautiful Life: TBL” star also added that Spaw showed up to her friend’s house one time and requested for access to her car.

“He doesn’t seem to understand the TRO,” Barton said. “I definitely feel he’s been stalking me. I look over my shoulder all the time when I’m walking. He’s intimidating. He’s 6-foot-4. I would be terrified to see him.”

At the moment, Spaw has been prohibited from releasing the explicit videos, which were apparently recorded by a different ex named John Zacharias without Barton’s consent.

Barton went public with her ex’s problematic behavior in March, after she learned from a British tabloid that someone tried to sell them sex videos featuring her for $500,000. She immediately filed a case with her attorney Lisa Bloom and was granted emergency domestic violence restraining orders against her two exes, Spaw and Zacharias.

Currently, Barton is dating James Abercrombie, the son of Andrew Abercrombie. James is set to inherit about $527 million. The couple met at a party in Los Angeles back in May and immediately hit it off, later jetting off to France for a romantic getaway. Their relationship was confirmed by James’ modeling agency Bucknall Management/FRM Model Management, E! News reported.
