It's been seven months since Jennifer Dulos' disappearance. Since being seen for the last time on May 24, her estranged husband, Fotis Dulos, and his one-time girlfriend, Michelle Troconis, have been under suspicion regarding the mother of five's whereabouts.

On Monday, Fotis gave a new interview that discussed the ongoing civil case that he is facing with Gloria Farber, his mother-in-law, and a variety of other topics.

When speaking with Fox News, Fotis discussed the lawsuit, which originated in 2018. Farber has made claims that Fotis owes her late husband's estate over $2 million after refusing to pay back a loan. However, Fotis says that the money, which was used in part to fund his real estate business, is not something he owes Farber, and that she, in fact, is the one who owes him.

"I think we were able to put the evidence in front of the judge that we don't owe two and a half million, as has been out in the press and through their allegations, but we are actually owed a million dollars," he told Laura Ingle about his Dec. 3 and 4 court appearances.

After discussing the relationship he said he once had with his father-in-law, Hilliard Farber, he started refusing to answer Ingle's subsequent questions, including ones asking if he had anything to do with the New Canaan resident's disappearance. This was, he said, due to the gag order that he is currently under.

He also acknowledged the fact that the case has been moved to the state Supreme Court and is currently under review. His legal team has been attempting to have the order lifted since September.

Farber's civil suit is not the only legal trouble Fotis has faced pertaining to his wife's whereabouts. In September, he appeared in court to face issues surrounding his court-ordered GPS monitoring device. At that time, the presiding judge ordered that he keep the device properly charged. Additionally, he was also ordered to reveal how he was paying for his legal assistance earlier this year.

At this time, both he and Michelle Troconis have been charged with evidence tampering and hindering prosecution, but have pleaded not guilty.
