Yesterday, an old man died in a hospital after being found lying in one Sunshine Coast creek bed. The 89-year old Kin Kin man was reported to be missing about 10:30am yesterday and was later on found in a dry creek bed near the northern end of Moran Group Road.

The man was taken to in a critical condition and died overnight at Nambour Hospital.

Meanwhile, police authorities are searching at Gold Coast for an 82-year old man who was also reported as missing.

The 82-year-old Charles Brown was last seen yesterday morning in Inland Drive, Tugan.

Mr. Brown was wearing cream shorts, a blue pajamas shirt and blue shoes during the last time he was seen, police said in a statement.

He is believed to be suffering from a medical condition and may appear disoriented and confused, police said.

He is 185 centimeters tall, with proportionate build and short grey hair.
