Police in Carlisle, Pennsylvania, have located an autistic man who went missing with his young children over the weekend.

Cody S. Combs, 26, left his home around 2 p.m. on Sunday with his son and daughter, Tate and Alicia. He was reportedly on his way to meet an unknown woman at the Butcher Tot Lot in Carlisle, a town located roughly 25 miles west of Harrisburg.

He had last been heard from at 5:50 p.m. before he was believed to have turned off his phone.

Combs is diagnosed as autistic and disappearances like this are not typical for him, according to Local 21News, a CBS affiliate in Harrisburg. Available reports are unclear about Combs' type of autism.

Combs and his children have since been reunited with their family.

Police are not releasing information about where or how the family was found.
