Missy Peregrym’s Son Taps Her Baby Bump In 'Adorable' Announcement Of Second Child [Watch]
Actress Missy Peregrym has announced she is pregnant with baby no. 2, by sharing an "adorable" video on Instagram.
The 39-year-old actress shared an eight seconds clip flaunting her baby bump while wearing a black outfit. In the video, Peregrym's 1-year-old son named Otis Paradis could be seen tapping the actress’ baby bump.
The actress laughed hysterically along with the other people in the room, who were not visible in the video.
"My best effort at an “adorable” announcement. Come on, I don’t have time for that. What I will always have time for, is this family, and I’m psyched that we are adding a new babe this summer blah blah blah," she captioned the video, before adding a hashtag "ripsleep."
The comments section was flooded with congratulatory messages.
TV production company Wolf Entertainment's official Instagram handle commented on the post: "Another member of the pack! Congratulations!" Actress Priscilla Faia -- who worked with Peregrym on "Rookie Blue" -- commented, "More babies for me."
Fans also took to the comments section to congratulate the actress.
Peregrym is expecting her second baby with her husband, actor Tom Oakley. The couple got married in December 2018, and announced the first baby news by throwing a tiny pair of sneakers in a video posted on Instagram in 2019.
Peregrym and Oakley welcomed their first baby in March 2020.
On the work front, Peregrym has been a regular on the TV series, "FBI," since 2018. She was also featured in the spin-offs "FBI: International" and "FBI: Most Wanted." The actress portrayed special agent Maggie Bell's character in the franchise.

Aside from the "FBI" franchise, the actress is also a regular on the TV series, "Van Helsing" since 2017. In the series, she played Scarlett Harker's character.
