Tyson Fury will be making his WWE debut at Crown Jewels in Saudi Arabia on Oct. 31. He will be clashing with Braun Strowman in what most perceive as a one-and-done affair. However, it seems Fury also plans to try out mixed martial arts in the near future.

Fury has a lot on his plate right now. After facing Strowman, there is that scheduled rematch with Deontay Wilder in February. With that in mind, the Gypsy King's camp was against the plan of seeing their boy enter the WWE ring. Fury scoffed all of those and will reportedly earn roughly £12 million for his troubles.

Looking beyond WWE Crown Jewels and his rematch with Wilder, it appears Fury has the UFC in sight as well. According to a report from Sky Sports, the 31-year-old former heavyweight champion plans to make his MMA debut this year.

It appears that Fury is dead-serious about trying out the MMA scene. In fact, he bragged that Conor McGregor will help him train for it. The keyword here is "this year." This means that Fury may be trying out another sport before that February rematch with Wilder.

"Would I like to try MMA? For sure. I might have an MMA fight before Christmas if I'm not busy," he told GiveMeSport.

"I had an offer from Dana White years ago to fight Cain Velasquez in about 2012 or 2013, but it wasn't enough so I never bothered," Fury said.

The case now is obviously different. From his character, it appears Fury does have a place in the WWE or even the MMA. But mixed martial arts fighting is an entirely new avenue. In fact, there is one person he dares not face - Conor McGregor.

"Would I step into the octagon with Conor McGregor? Are you crazy? The fact that Mcgregor is 5ft 7 and 10 stone, and the fact that I'm 6ft 9 and 20 stone, I don't think that would be very fair," he said.

Fury was offered by White to face Cain Velasquez way back during 2012-13. He said it "wasn't enough so he never bothered." Being a popular personality right now, big money could be on the table if ever it happens.

Curiously, Velasquez is now in the WWE. He is embroiled in a storyline involving Brock Lesnar. If Fury turns in an incredible performance, would the WWE set up a showdown between the two after Crown Jewels instead?
