Mobvoi's Upgraded TicWatch C2+ Has More RAM And Comes With 2 Straps

Mobvoi has upgraded its Ticwatch C2 smartwatch to feature twice the RAM and is shipping it with one additional strap for free.

AI company Mobvoi has released the new Ticwatch C2+ smartwatch, which is basically an update to its existing Ticwatch C2. The new wearable comes with twice the RAM compared to the first model, and comes with an additional strap so that wearers can swap them according to their preference and style.

The new Ticwatch C2+ is virtually identical to the Ticwatch C2 in almost every aspect save for memory size. While the older model only has 512MG of RAM, the newer model has 1GB of RAM which allows it to do more things at the same time without slowing down overall performance.

Aside from that, the Ticwatch C2+ also has the same specs and features as that of the Ticwatch C2. It still is powered by Qualcomm's Snapdragon Wear 2100 platform (which Android Police calls “sluggish”), runs on Google's Wear OS, offers Google Pay for cashless transactions, uses GPS, GLONASS and Beidou for location, and has a 400 mAh battery that can last up to 2 days of use per charge.

It still features the same round body measuring 42.8 x 42.8 x 12.7mm. This body is comprised of polyamide & glass fiber (for the glass), stainless-steel (for the bezel) and aluminum (for the back cover.) It still has the same 1.3-inch round AMOLED display with 360 x 360 pixels. It also has the same 20mm and 18mm sizes.

The device still features an accelerometer and gyroscope for tracking movement, and heart-rate sensor for monitoring the user's heart rate. It also features Bluetooth v4.1 connectivity, and can be paired with both Android and iOS devices. It also features the same WiFi 802.11 b/g/n for internet connectivity.

The Ticwatch C2+, like its predecessor, is IP68 rated for water and dust resistance, which means it can be used when working out in the gym, running or jogging, or even riding through bike trails. The included silicone strap will be perfect for when going out even in the rain. Mobvoi is selling the new Ticwatch C2+ for $209.99.
