Molly Sims Revealed Pregnancy to Scott Stuber in a Fortune Cookie
Molly Sims announced her pregnancy to her fans through her Website, but her husband Scott Stuber, found out the news by cracking open a fortune cookie.
The model/actress revealed that she hijacked a fortune cookie to deliver the news as a surprise at the end of a romantic meal with her husband.
You can only imagine how nervous I was during the entire meal (I think I ate a total of two bites...), but the look of surprise and pure joy on his face was priceless, she wrote in her blog.
Sims's first child will be a honeymoon baby, and is expected at the end of June this year. There are simply no words to describe the feeling... I finally get what they mean when they say pregnant women GLOW, she said on her Website.
Sims told her fans that she would be creating an album open to all members of www.mollysims.com, to keep them updated on her pregnancy. Since we're new at this, I'll probably be asking you all for advice over the next few months, she said.
Here's how some fans on her Website reacted to the news:
Bellissimababe: WOW WOW WOW!!!! how FABULOSO!!! congrats Molly......I have 2 daughters and can remember EVERY emotion and heavenly feeling of being pregnant......it was more than GREAT!!! Ryan P: CONGRATS MOLLY! Advice, hmm. It's all about comfort. Ask hubbie for massages. Massages are goood! Easy low-stress exercise - swimming! Eating well to stay healthy. Loads of sleep - you need the rest. Take naps when you can. Splurge on expense sleepwear and sheets, blankets, pillows, comforters for that bed you'll be resting in. Because right now you're making a baby and comfort is key. Congrats again. I'm very happy for you.
Kristen AS: Congratulations, Molly! I am from western Ky and we actually skied together a few times with your brother and parents on Ky Lake. I am a mom to 5 kids and my only advice for first-time moms is to give yourself plenty of time to recover after delivering. It's so exciting and easy to want to jump in and show off baby to everyone, everywhere...but it's so important to rest in those first few weeks as much as you can. You will be stronger because of it.
