A few years ago when nude photos of actress Vanessa Hudgens surfaced, she probably thought that nightmare was over. Little did she know those photos would come back to haunt her.

A second round of naked photos has surfaced on various websites and these photos are more graphic than the previous ones, TMZ reports.

According to the report, these photos were taken from the same batch that was released several years ago.

In 2009, Hudgens sued the owners of a website for posting the first found of nude photos.The lawsuit stated that the photos were obtained by unknown methods and posted without the actress' knowledge or consent.

TMZ quotes a source that says Hudgens believes whoever is releasing these photos is out to get her because the release of the pictures coincides with her movie releases. Her latest movie, Sucker Punch will be released later this month.

Hudgens' lawyer, Christopher Wong said Vanessa is deeply upset and angered that these old photos, which were taken years ago, continue to resurface. It is particularly disturbing that whoever got a hold of these private photos seem to be intent on illegally leaking them out over a long period of time. We are actively working with law enforcement to determine who is responsible and to hold them accountable for their actions.
