Results-oriented problem solver with extensive experience in a fast-paced environment seeks cliche-free resume to post online.

The business networking website LinkedIn.com has released a list of the most heavily used phrases of self-promotion based on a survey of over 85 million individual profiles.

The most viral buzzword among American job seekers? Extensive experience, a term that also dominated in Canada and Australia.

The rest of the worst cliches: innovative, motivated, results-oriented, dynamic, proven track record, team player, fast-paced, problem solver and entrepreneurial.

Resume posters in other countries put their faith in other well-worn phrases.

In Brazil, India and Spain, dynamic topped the charts. Meanwhile, in France, Germany, Italy and the Netherlands, more networking professionals wanted to be seen as innovative.
