The Motorola Droid Turbo 2 has been announced with monstrous specs. In this year, several phablets have been launched such as the Galaxy Note 5, the iPhone 6S Plus, the LG G4, the Sony Xperia Z5, and so on. The Droid Turbo 2 that will be exclusively available through Verizon in the U.S. will be taking up fight against the popular phablets of 2015.

The dimensions of the Motorola Droid Turbo are 149.5 x 78 x 9.2 mm and its weight is 169 grams. The Samsung Galaxy Note 5 features the Exynos 7420 chipset that also includes a 64-bit octa-core processor that produces a processing speed of 2.1 GHz. The Exynos chip is supported by 4 GB of RAM. It also comes in native storage options of 32 GB and 64 GB. There is no microSD card slot on the Galaxy Note 5.

The 21-megapixel camera present on the rear panel of the handset features a dual-LED flash but lacks OIS. The frontal camera of 5-megapixel is available with a front-facing flash. The device comes preloaded with Android 5.1.1 Lollipop.

The off-contract pricing of the Galaxy Note 5 across different U.S. carriers is $700-$740 for the 32 GB variant and $779-$839 for the 64 GB model. On the other side, the Motorola Droid Turbo 2 is available with an off-contract pricing of $624 for the 32 GB model and $720 for the 64 GB variant.
