The battle for 4G space intensified as both Motorola and HTC launched their 4G smartphones with key carriers.

Motorola launched Atrix for AT&T, Droid Bionic for Verizon and Cliq 2 for T-Mobile. HTC was not behind and has launched EVO Shift for Sprint, Thunderbolt for Verizon and Inspire for AT&T.

They both have a QWERTY keypad slide-out models with Motorola flaunting Cliq 2 and HTC with its EVO Shift. However, Motorola's Atrix offers powerful specifications with 960x540 resolution screen and 1GB of RAM. While its Droid Bionic comes with 1080p video-capture capacity and both are powered by dual-core Nvida Tegra 2 processors.

HTC offers higher RAM in Thunderbolt and Inspire models and adds two cameras in its Thunderbolt which could be a competing phone against Motorola Atrix.
