It’s been almost 20 years since author J.K. Rowling published “Harry Potter and the Philosopher’s Stone,” but interest in the franchise is hotter than ever thanks to “Harry Potter and the Cursed Child,” a play based on a new story by Rowling. The play is currently in early previews in London’s West End, but a script book, considered to be the eighth installment in the series, will be published in print and digital on July 31. Ahead of the big release, we’re sorting some of our favorite A-listers into Hogwarts houses based on the traits of Gryffindor, Ravenclaw, Hufflepuff and Slytherin.
According to the Pottermore website , a Gryffindor is “brave, courageous, chivalrous, daring and bold.” Ravenclaw, on the other hand, is clever, creative and possesses wisdom and wit. Hufflepuffs are known to be hard-working, friendly, loyal and honest; while Slytherins are shrewd, ambitious, clever and resourceful. Find out where your favorite celebrity falls!
Khloé Kardashian would be sorted into Hufflepuff. Over the years she has displayed dedication and loyalty, like how she dropped everything to be by Lamar Odom's side when he was hospitalized. Pictured: Kardashian attends the NBCUniversal Upfront Presentation on May 16, 2016 in New York, New York.

Kim Kardashian should definitely be sorted into Slytherin. Like others in the house before her, she's very ambitious and resourceful. Who else could get famous off of a sex tape and form an empire? Her husband, Kanye West, should be sorted into Slytherin as well, although, he does possess some Ravenclaw traits. Pictured: Kardashian and West at the MET Gala in New York City on May 2, 2016.
