'Mr. Robot' Episode 8 Spoilers: Police Want To Question Tyrell; Darlene Feels Unsafe
A nervous Tyrell will have to deal with the police in USA Network's “Mr. Robot” episode 8. Darlene is scared about being followed and tells Elliot to also be careful. F-society may soon have a new plan in place to take on Evil Corp. [Spoiler Alert!]
A promo video of the next episode shows Darlene (Carly Chaikin) handing Elliot (Rami Malek) a gun. She tells him she is being followed. She had managed to get the dangerous Chinese hacker group, the Dark Army, to agree to talk about their plan.
The video is titled “Trust No One” and Elliot says in the video that hackers inherently trust no one, including each other. F-society may soon put a new plan into action and Christian Slater’s title character is seen telling Elliot that he can’t afford any distractions. Romero (Ron C. Jones) was hinted to be back in the group in the previous episode and Darlene was seen trying to convince Trenton (Sunita Mani) to come back.
Images of “Mr. Robot” episode 8 posted on ScreenSpy show Elliot having a heated discussion with Slater’s character. Darlene also is seen talking to the protagonist in one of the promo pictures.
F-society will release a new video threatening Evil Corp. in the next episode and Elliot’s co-workers watch the video released by the hacker group, but Gideon Goddard (Michel Gill) notices that Elliot is missing. Angela Moss (Portia Doubleday) continues with her mission to expose Evil Corp.’s wrongdoings and she now appears to be a little suspicious of Elliot. She is seen confronting the protagonist about his recent behavior.
Elliot confessed about being a hacker to his therapist in the previous episode. The promo video shows him becoming increasingly unstable and seeming to accuse the imaginary person in his head of being “in on it.”
Meanwhile, Tyrell Wellick (Martin Wallstrom) will have to talk to the police in “Mr. Robot” episode 8. A desperate Tyrell murdered Sharon Knowles (Michele Hicks) in the previous episode after finding out that the newly appointed chief technology officer, Scott Knowles (Brian Stokes Mitchell), planned to fire him. Tyrell has been trying hard to become CTO himself and previously attempted to see if there was something he could offer Scott to make him refuse the job offer.
