MTV VMA 2012 Live Stream: Don’t Miss Superstar Performers, Presenters And Nominees
MTV is livestreaming the 2012 VMAs for viewers who don't have a television at hand. Even though MTV doesn't really play videos on their network anymore, they still put on a video music award ceremony every year, and they're typically pretty entertaining.

This year's VMAs are at the Los Angeles' Staples Center and will air Thursday at 8 p.m. EDT/7 p.m. Central, hosted by standup comic Kevin Hart.
Justin Bieber and One Direction are dueling for Best Pop Video. Who would want to miss that?
Lana Del Rey, M.I.A, Drake, Rihanna, Katy, Perry, Adele and Gotye are all up for awards tonight, but someone pretty important was snubbed at this year's VMA -- the all and powerful Lady Gaga.
That's right: Mother Monster wasn't even afforded one nomination.
Some are chalking it up to a huge diss. Last year Gags was really into her male persona, Joe Calderone, but no one else seemed to be a fan of him, or her. It seemed Lady Gaga was thinking she could do whatever she wanted, wear a meat suit, show up in an egg, or even pretend to be a man.
So maybe Gaga was left out of this year's awards as a humbling experience.
Lady Gaga is currently in the middle of a new album, "ARTPOP," which she described as "a multimedia experience."
The album is going to be a downloaded app that will constantly update, she wrote on her website.
"ARTPOP will be released as an iPad, iPhone, mobile and computer compatible application that is completely interactive with chats, films for every song, extra music, content, Gaga-inspired games, fashion updates, magazines, and more still in the works!" she wrote.
"You inspired me to create something that communicated with images, because you do, you communicate with me and each other with .gifs and pictures, and artwork, graphics all day 24/7," she continued.
"I'm hoping you will all continue to grow together and stay connected through your creativity."
"ARTPOP" is reportedly set to be released in 2013.
While Lady Gaga was completely snubbed as she prepares for her newest album, Drake and Rihanna have the most nominations with five each.
By tuning into the livestream, viewers will be able to see Taylor Swift debut her new song "We Are Never Ever Getting Back Together."
