‘My Hero Academia’ Chapter 282 Spoilers, Release Date: Shigaraki’s Quirk-Destroying Move

Tomura Shigaraki is testing the limits of the heroes. After chapter 281’s shocker, "My Hero Academia" Chapter 282 is likely to revolve around how the heroes handle this terrible situation.

"My Hero Academia" Chapter 281 starts from the last panels of the previous chapter where Shigaraki is shown badly wounded after his battle against Endeavor.

Manual and Rock Lock carry Aizawa to a safer spot. Rock Lock tells Manual they need to keep the water flowing from Aizawa’s eyes to keep the Quirk activated. Shigaraki, who remains in a terrible state, rises and rants about the heroes pretending to be society’s guardians.

He points out how for generations the heroes pretended to ignore the pain of people they couldn’t protect. Meanwhile, Endeavor interrupts his rant session by shooting a blast of fire in his direction.

Endeavor thanks Shigaraki for his monologue as it gave him time to recover. But Endeavor is in for a shock when he witnesses Shigaraki dodging the attack by jumping over the flames.

The hero wonders how Shigaraki can still move. Gran Torino tackles the villain to the ground but knows that Endeavor’s fire blast has weakened.

Shigaraki manages to grab Gran Torino’s leg and crushes it. He slams Gran Torino on the ground as Izuku Midoriya, Endeavor and Bakugo rush to save him.

Shigaraki continues to punch Gran Torino and ends up killing him as Midoriya watches in horror. Endeavor tells Midoriya to stay back. Midoriya notes Shigaraki has gotten faster than before.

Later, Midoriya grabs Shigaraki’s neck from behind and vows that he will never forgive the villain for what he did to Gran Torino. Midoriya turns his rage into strength and binds him using Black Whip. Endeavor encourages Midoriya to hold the enemy tight as one more hit with sufficient firepower is enough to take down Shigaraki.

Toward the end of the chapter, Shigaraki pulls out the Quirk-destroying drug that he aims at Aizawa’s head. The final panel shows an image of Eri.

"My Hero Academia" Chapter 282 is expected to continue the battle between Endeavor, Midoriya and Shigaraki. It remains to be seen if the heroes can figure out Shigaraki’s next move.
