‘My Hero Academia’ Chapter 285 Spoilers: Bakugo Katsuki’s Fate

Izuku Midoriya, also known as Deku, continues his fight against Tomura Shigaraki. "My Hero Academia" Chapter 285 is likely to pick things from where the last chapter ended.

Meanwhile, the title of "My Hero Academia" Chapter 285 leaked online hinting that the chapter will revolve around Bakugo Katsuki.

Twitter user Atsushi shared the speculated titled of the upcoming chapter.

Another user named Keigowing teases that Bakugo might go quirkless after an attack by Shigaraki.

In the last chapter, Deku floats in the air and uses his Black Whip to carry the heroes. Deku is aware if Shigaraki manages to touch the ground again activating his Decay Quirk, there will be massive destruction on the ground.

In "My Hero Academia" Chapter 284, Deku notes that he is losing control over his Black Whip. He releases the heroes and asks them to attend to the wounded Gran Torino.

Endeavor asks Shoto to give first aid to fellow heroes. Katsuki warns Deku that he needs to maintain a safe distance from Shigaraki as Aizawa cannot perform his Erasure Quirk to stop the villain.

However, Deku knows that only he can keep Shigaraki away from the allied forces. Meanwhile, Shigaraki announces that since Deku likes the sky that much, he will send the former and the other heroes straight to heaven after he steals One For All.

Unabashed, Deku vows that he won’t let Shigaraki hurt his friends anymore. Shigaraki and Deku charge toward each other leading to a much fiercer battle.

"My Hero Academia" Chapter 284 shifts its focus to Deku’s training days. All Might asks Ochaco Uraraka, Tsuyu Asui and Hanta Sero to help Deku train. Deku reveals that he needs help in understanding his powers.

However, his trainers are surprised to see his new hairdo.

All Might wants Ochaco and the others to help Deku with his Float Quirk. As Deku trains, All Might and Bakugo sit and observe the session.

Bakugo tells All Might that he won’t be able to keep the One For All’s secret safe for long as Deku’s Quirk is getting even more powerful.

He also tells All Might that Deku always thinks about others first and ends up getting bullied. Toward the end of the chapter, Shigaraki and Deku fight as the latter vows to release all his powers to take down Shigaraki for good.
