Meanwhile, Shigaraki figures how the New Order works. He knows Star is one of the strongest heroes, but her Quirk has some weaknesses.

Shigaraki believes the limitation of the New Order must be the name-calling part. He adds the last order failed to work on him because he is neither Shigaraki nor All For One. He is a being who remains between Shigarki, Tenko Shimura, and All For One.

One of the pilots asks Star what is the plan because her Quirk and the lasers remain ineffective against the enemy. Star tells the pilot to send a message to Commander Aghbar.
