The finale of the fifth season is setting things up for "My Hero Academia" Season 6 and fans can expect the start of the Paranormal Liberation War arc.

Twitter user Atsushi has shared a poster showcasing Deku and Tomura Shigaraki. The poster also hints at "My Hero Academia" Season getting a nod.

However, the official release date of "My Hero Academia" Season 6 is yet to be announced. In the poster, Shigaraki announces he will destroy everything while Deku is ready to do anything to stop the leader of the League of Villains.

Season 6 of "My Hero Academia" is likely to release in the Spring 2022 anime season, Siliconera reported.

The war between the villains and heroes is coming. "My Hero Academia" Season 5, Episode 25 (Episode 113) finale, which is airing this Saturday, showcases Shigaraki gaining complete control over the Meta Liberation Army.

Meanwhile, the students of U.A. High are returning back to the academy after completing their internships with Pro Heroes.

The heroes know about Shigaraki getting stronger and planning an attack. Sensing trouble, the heroes start their preparation to counter any kind of threat from Shigaraki and his villains.

“The winter break is over and Deku and his friends are back from their internships. As they train to get even closer to the real heroes, the fight against the villains approaches a bigger stage,” read "My Hero Academia" Season 5 finale’s synopsis, as per Atsushi’s tweet.
