According to the official episode 5 spoilers, despite being completely mesmerized by her charm, Catarina helps Maria, who is surrounded by high-pressure daughters in the courtyard.

Later, Catarina visits the farmland and she knows that Maria’s parents live nearby. In episode 5, Catarina decides to stop at Maria’s parents’ house.

In the previous episode, titled “I Enrolled in the Magic Academy,” Catarina arrives at the academy. Her test begins as an Otome villainess.

The Fortune Love otome game is set in the Magic Academy, and she knows that the game’s heroine is here. People with magic have noble lineage, but the heroine is a commoner. Moreover, Maria has scarce light magic, which makes her extraordinary.

She knows that her fate depends on how the romance develops between Maria and the four conquerable characters in the game.

According to the game, Catarina meets a sad end and the other good characters continue to live happily. However, she has to change the usual game and bring in something entirely new on the table.
