Unconfirmed rumors swirled on Tuesday that Mel Gibson has a new girlfriend, aspiring musician Nadia Lanfranconi.

According to The New York Post, Gibson and Lanfranconi are dating, despite the actor denying the rumors about their romantic relationship. The pair were seen over the weekend, The Post reported, at a West Hollywood restaurant where Gibson was "massaging her shoulders" in addition to several other appearances together recently.

So who is the 56-year-old's alleged new girlfriend?

Lanfranconi moved from Italy to the U.S. in 2007 to start her career as a singer-songwriter. The brunette stunner, who somewhat resembles his last girlfriend, Oksana Grigorieva whom he split from in 2010, has worked as a model, most notably for the "F Me" jeans campaign." According to Fox, Lanfranconi also appeared on the cover of D.A.M. magazine in 2008.
The aspiring musician, who idolizes John Lennon, reportedly has an album coming out called "Bad Story," according to her website.

Gibson, who has eight children, broke up with Russian pianist and singer Grigorieva in 2010. The duo began publically dating just after his previous wife, Robyn Gibson, filed for divorce in April 2009. Grigorieva gave birth to Gibson's daughter, Lucia in October 2009. The couple split in April 2010, one year after the announcement of his divorce with Robyn Gibson. According to reports, the breakup stemmed from domestic violence allegations against Gibson and a heated custody battle for their daughter.
