NASA Moon Photo Captures Alleged ‘200-Meter Alien Base,’ Expert Says

While going through photos captured by NASA’s lunar orbiter, a UFO expert said he saw an image of an alleged alien base in an impact crater on the Moon. Based on the image, the expert believes the alleged base is uninhabited.

The strange sighting was reported by Scott Waring of the UFO-centered blog ET DataBase. In a recent blog post, Waring noted that he saw the image of the strange object on the Moon while viewing the photos taken by the Lunar Reconnaissance Orbiter (LRO).

The LRO is a robotic spacecraft launched by NASA in 2009. It is currently carrying out its mapping mission on the Moon by taking images of the lunar surface from orbit.

While viewing the photos, Waring came across an image of a massive crater on the Moon known as Korolev X. According to NASA, this crater was formed following an impact event on the Moon. A portion of its rim was destroyed after another impact event created a smaller crater next to Korolev X.

“As seen in the bottom image, the northern rim of this crater was destroyed by a younger crater about 16 km in diameter,” NASA explained. “The heat from the impact that formed this younger crater melted a large volume of rock, which flowed down onto the floor of Korolev X, creating a sheet of solidified melt 14 x 5 km across.”

While looking at the photo, Waring claimed to have spotted a strange object inside the crater. According to Waring, the object appeared to be a massive structure that’s around 150 to 200 meters across.

Waring noted that a smaller structure could be found next to the massive object. Based on the appearance of the structures, Waring stated that they could be part of an alien base on the Moon.

“The buildings itself I found is about 150-200 meters across,” Waring stated in a blog post. “The structure is not alone, but there is also a smaller structure to its right side just next to it. The structure has an intelligent design and has lots of right angles, shiny metallic surfaces and glowing surfaces that I believe to windows.”

The UFO expert noted that the alleged alien base on the Moon could be about a thousand years old already. Based on the images, he believes the structures were already abandoned by the aliens that built and used them.

Although Waring used NASA’s images in his blog post, the agency did not release a statement to acknowledge his claims.
