Hayden Panettiere just had an enjoyable time at the beach.

The “Nashville” actress shared a Twitter photo of herself swimming while wearing a red-orange swimsuit and slippers. “Swimming in the Dead Sea!! One of the most incredible things I’ve ever done #HandsDown,” she captioned the photo.

The actress’ fans are pleased to see her having the time of her life following the treatment she underwent for postpartum depression in May.

While speaking with People, Panettiere reminded those who are struggling with the same illness to always ask for help. “The biggest message that I’ve been trying to promote for women is that it’s okay to ask for help. You feel mommy guilt – it’s for real,” she said.

Panettiere also talked about depression itself and compared it with a tunnel. “You can’t even remember where you felt good. You try and think back to when you felt good, when you felt positive, when you felt happy, and you can’t. All you see is enveloping darkness,” she said.

Meanwhile, “Nashville” recently moved to the CMT network after it was axed by ABC. Prior to this, Panettiere took some time off from playing the role of Juliette Barnes so she could go to a rehab facility for her postpartum depression. At first, Panettiere didn’t want to tell anyone that she was struggling on the inside. However, when she finally decided to do so, she received a lot of support from her family and friends.

“I was always so terrified that people weren’t going to accept me. I finally just went. I’m tired of living afraid. I’m tired of living in fear of what people are going to think,” she told Yahoo.

The actress will reprise her role in “Nashville,” which will premiere on CMT on Jan. 5, 2017.
