Ingredients:

Butter- 1/2 cups, softened

Sugar- 1 cup

Eggs- 4 large

Chocolate syrup- 1 can

Vanilla extract- 1 teaspoon

All-purpose flour- 1 cup

Salt- 1/2 teaspoon

Confectioner's sugar- 2 cups

Water- 1 tablespoon

Mint extract- 1/2 teaspoon

Green food coloring- 3 drops

Directions:

Pre-heat the oven to 350 degrees. Take a large bowl and whisk butter and sugar for 5-7 minutes until they are light and fluffy. Beat in all the eggs, one at a time, and then stir in vanilla extract and syrup.
Then take a 13x9 inch baking pan and grease it well. Bake for 30 minutes and leave on a wire rack for it to cool off. Take a small bowl, combine cream butter and confectioners' sugar. Then add water, extract, and food coloring until blended well. Spread over cool brownies and refrigerate until set.

Melt chocolate chips and butter and cool for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally, and spread over the filling. Let it chill for some time, and then cut it into bars. Store in the refrigerator.
