Christine McCallum, 29, 5th grader US teacher slept with a 13-year-old boy and had sex more than 300 times, has been condemned and charged with seven counts of statutory rape.

Police said, allegedly seducing a 13-year-old boy, playing him with booze and having sex with him on kitchen floors, shower and couches, sometimes right under the nose of her husband.

The boy told police officers he and McCallum had sex almost every other day. Since February 2006, the time she allegedly took his virginity.

McCallum's lawyer, Frederick McDermott, said McCallum took in the boy and his younger brother, who were being raised by a single dad. She tried to mother the child because she felt sorry for them.

The alleged relationship ended in November 2007 when McCallum discovered the boy had been texting other girls from the cell phone she had bought for him.

McCallum has denied all allegations and could be seen in court holding her husband's hand.
