Giannis Antetokounmpo

Giannis Antetokounmpo has been on a tear for the past few years, and the 24-year-old forward is still entering his prime. Last season, the "Greek Freak" averaged career highs in scoring, rebounds and assists per game.

There is no doubt that NBA teams will be lining up once he decides to get out of Milwaukee. The athletic six-foot-eleven forward has said in the past that he prefers to end his career in Wisconsin, but that can change depending on the Buck's performance this year.

For a guy that's averaging 27.7 points, 12.5 rebounds, 5.9 assists, 1.3 steals and 1.5 blocks per game, Antetokounmpo could easily be the best all-around player in the NBA today.

Despite his undying loyalty to Milwaukee, there have been rumors that the certified All-Star could leave the team behind. In a report by Patrick Murray of Forbes, the muscular forward could move out of town if the Bucks do not get their act together.

If that's the scenario, a lot of teams will surely take advantage of the opportunity and try their luck with their bargaining pieces. However, according to Murray, there's a big chance that the Warriors will be able to land him next year.

Murray said that if "Antetokounmpo were to turn down that massive extension," the Warriors could offer D'Angelo Russel and a couple of picks to lure Giannis to Golden State.

The trade will undoubtedly be centered around Russel, a couple of picks and role players like Kevin Looney. The Warriors can also offer to take back salary in the negotiations and ultimately form a better and younger All-Star quadruplet.

With Kevin Durant's absence, Golden State will be looking for a small-forward that could run the floor and finish at the rim, Antetokounmpo perfectly fits the bill.

With Steph Curry, Klay Thompson, Draymond Green and Giannis, the sky is the limit. The Warriors have good winning culture and Antetokounmpo will undoubtedly be intrigued with the possibility of teaming up with the splash brothers.

At this point, it's an unrealistic scenario, a running rumor among NBA executives. But if it happens 2020 will be an extraordinary year for free agency, even Anthony Davis is keeping his lips tight about his future in LA.

The Bucks and Giannis seems to have a solid partnership at the moment, "the bad news is nothing lasts forever." I'd take J.Cole's word on that.
