The team will deal with a seemingly regular homicide case in “NCIS: Los Angeles” Season 11, episode 7. They will soon discover that the case has grave national security implications, with the whole of the U.S. navy potentially at risk because of it.

A promo video of the next episode shows Deeks (Eric Christian Olsen) and Kensi (Daniela Ruah) investigating a gruesome murder. Callen (Chris O’Donnell) and Sam (LL Cool J) also reach the crime scene of what appears to be a second murder.

The death Callen and Sam will investigate will be of a naval researcher, which makes the case about national security. The researcher was working on some highly classified projects, and Kensi remarks in the video that the entire U.S. navy could be at risk if the case isn’t solved soon.

The case has something to go with the Middle East. The top-secret project could tip the scales and change the power equations in the region if it fell into the wrong hands.

A sneak peek scene of “NCIS: Los Angeles” Season 11, episode 7 shows the team getting a briefing about the case. The case appears to be a complicated one with multiple people involved and many dead bodies.

The dead man was an arms dealer, and the investigating agencies believe that a rival killed him. While there were no witness to the murder, the only person at the crime scene was the victim’s girlfriend, who Callen and Sam will question.

Another sneak peek scene shows Deeks and Kensi being briefed about the murder case they will be investigating. As always, this scene will be a moment for the team to share some lighthearted jokes. The dead man was a successful social media personality who used to make a living by live streaming him playing video games, and Deeks will be surprised that the victim was earning eight figures by doing this work.

“NCIS: Los Angeles” Season 11, episode 7 is titled “Concours D’Elegance.” The episode airs on Nov. 10 at 9 p.m. EST on CBS.
