'Neon Deion' to sell his penthouse, ranch in Texas
Deion Sanders has listed his two Dallas homes on the market.
Sanders, nicknamed 'Prime Time' and 'Neon Deion', listed the Dallas penthouse for an asking price of $7.5 million and ranch in Prosper, Tex., about 45 minutes north of Dallas for $21 million, according to AOL Real Estate.
Deion's 109-acre prosper ranch home boasts 30,018 square feet, has a two-story entry, banquet dining space, and an indoor basketball court and bowling alley.
It also boasts of indoor and outdoor pools, a billiard room, a movie theater, a hall of fame gallery, a football field, a tennis court, a 12-acre lake and a guest house. There are five fireplaces, a game room, and one car port.
The home is on the market for $21 million. The Collin County Appraisal District shows a slightly different assessed value of $5,410,602.
Sanders bought the 5,025 square feet penthouse, designed by James Cheng in 2009.
The home is a two-story condo, with a rooftop terrace and lounge with bar and full bath and a private elevator to it all rooftop private pool, roof garden and fireplace.
There is also a two-story living room, a terrace lounge that features a bar, an outdoor fireplace and a full bath.
The home is in one of Dallas's first LEED-certified residential condos, the Azure.

Sanders was elected to the Pro Football Hall of Fame in 2011.
