A Filipino man Junrey Balwing is the new Shortest Living Man on earth. His height is 23.5 inches (59.93cm) which is shorter than the former holder of Guinness World Records for shortest living man, Khagendra Thapa Magar who measures 26.4 inches (67.06cm).
Balawing stopped growing within two months of being born his parents said, according to the Associated Press.
Doctors suspect Balawing has stopped growing due a birth-related defect.
Balawing cannot stand on his own very long nor walk due to weak knees.
He had his 18th birthday this Sunday.
