Is A New ‘Haikyuu!!’ Episode Airing This Week?

After defeating the Ultimate Challengers – Inarizaki High, Karasuno High are ready to face the next team in the third round. Dubbed as the Battle of the Garbage Dumpster, Karasuno High’s next opponents are fierce.

Sadly, fans will have to wait for a long time as there is no "Haikyuu!!" Season 4, Episode 26.

The ending of the finale episode of the fourth season hints at Nekoma High vs. Karasuno High. The showrunners and the network are yet to reveal any information regarding "Haikyuu!!" Season 5’s release date.

The post-credit scenes from the "Haikyuu!!" Season 4, Episode 25 finale show coach Ukai meeting his grandfather Ikkei. Ukai’s grandfather teases him that despite being bad in volleyball, he is a good coach.

Ukai tells him that the Battle of the Garbage Dumpster is not only for Ikkei and that Karasuno High desperately want to defeat Nekoma High more than anyone else.

The current generation of players is different and Ukai wants Ikkei to closely watch the match.

In the finale episode, Karasuno High register a win against Inarizaki High and move to the third round of the Spring Tournament.

The opening shot of the episode recaps the winning moment. Emotions are running high as Karasuno High's players rush to embrace Kageyama and Hinata.

The Tokyo Metropolitan Gym shakes from the roar of the crowd. Meanwhile, the other side of the court shows the visibly shaken and tired Inarizaki High.

Osamu and Atsumu note that they messed up during the final moments of the match. Meanwhile, Kageyama and Hinata continue to fight about who did better.

The episode, beautifully, showcases the emotions and how the players reflect on the results. With Karasuno High celebrating the victory by taking a break, the players from Inarizaki relive the moments and vow to do better.

Like always, Kita from Inarizaki High drops quote-worthy wisdom bombs. Kita points out that he hates when the Miya brothers do stuff in matches that they don’t do in practices. He adds that when Atsumu and Osamu are really in their game, they leave everyone else behind. The Miya brothers make a promise that they will improve and get better.
