New York Fashion Week 2016: Leanne Marshall Debuts Collection Of Evening Gowns At NYFW Day 3 [PHOTOS]
Leanne Marshall was one of several designers showcasing on Day 3 of New York Fashion Week. The 35-year-old "Project Runway" Season 5 winner debuted her fall/winter collection on Feb. 13 at New York City's Skylight Clarkson.
Marshall's collection included over 40 stunning gowns made from silk chiffon, silk charmeuse and silk wool. The fashion designer, who's been showcasing at the biannual event since 2008, managed to turn the runway into a romantic and dreamy show.
As each of her models sashayed down the runway, it was hard to peel your eyes off the flowy and intricately detailed gowns. Marshall concluded her NYFW show with two show-stopping pieces: a black silk charmeuse gown with a deep front v and pleated tulle detailing, and a silver silk chiffon gown with pleated and texturized silk details.
Among those sitting front row at Marshall's show were "Empire" actress Ta'Rhonda Jones, Miss Universe 2015 winner Pia Alonzo Wurtzbach, home expert and "FabLife" co-host Lauren Makk, record producer Solomon Ray and "Teen Wolf" star Arden Cho.
