What’s the first thing Demi Lovato sees? Max Ehrich.
Newly engaged Lovato couldn’t be more proud to flaunt her fiancé, Ehrich, on social media. Lovato tweeted a video clip of her fiancé happily smiling under the sun, dipping in the pool.
The “Camp Rock” alum uploaded the clip on Twitter last Monday (July 27) and captioned the same with “Magical moments captured by me,” followed by a star, a ring, a heart and a CD emoji.
She continued her tweet by revealing the song in the background, which was “The First Thing You See” by Bruno Major.
Followers of Lovato replied to the clip not long after it was uploaded. One Twitter user said that the 27-year-old singer deserved a man that understand and accept her for who she was.
Many fans of the singer’s fans shared her happiness over the latest milestone in her life. One fan said that she knew Ehrich was the endgame even before they went public and reminded the “Heart Attack” singer than any storm could be handled by true love.
A glimpse of how in love they were was not enough because some fans have requested the singer to drop the proposal video.
Lovato’s tweet on July 23 revealed to the world the new journey she would be embarking with Ehrich.
After posting that surprising announcement, she tweeted a message for Ehrich. She said that her now-fiancé never forced her to be anything other than herself —the best version of herself.
Lovato also expressed taking the honor of accepting Ehrich’s hand in marriage. She ended her tweet by saying how excited she was to start a family with him.
Lovato also shared with her followers what transpired before the proposal. The video, which briefly showed her with eyes shut, has already gained nearly 500,000 views.
The engagement was swift but a source told People that what happened to Lovato and Ehrich was love at first sight. The insider revealed that the couple had been talking about getting engaged but Ehrich ensured it would still be a surprise.
Lovato and Ehrich’s engagement reportedly took place on July 22 in Malibu.
