For the first time in two months, all 32 teams are on the NFL schedule. None of the 16 games in Week 13 of the 2019 season feature a betting line of more than 10 points, and more than half of the road teams are favored.

Two of the three home teams on Thanksgiving are underdogs. The Dallas Cowboys are Thursday’s only home favorite, laying 6.5 points against the Buffalo Bills. The Chicago Bears and New Orleans Saints are road favorites in divisional matchups.

The week’s final two primetime games both have a three-point spread. The New England Patriots are laying a field goal in Houston on “Sunday Night Football.” The Seattle Seahawks will host the Minnesota Vikings on “Monday Night Football” with both teams still vying for a first-round playoff bye.

The Carolina Panthers and Kansas City Chiefs are the biggest favorites in Week 13. The Washington Redskins are 10-point underdogs in Carolina. Coming off a 31-point loss to the New York Jets, the Oakland Raiders are getting 10 points at Arrowhead Stadium.

Sunday afternoon’s matchup between the San Francisco 49ers and the Baltimore Ravens is the best on the Week 13 schedule. San Francisco is a 4.5-point underdog, despite being tied for the NFL’s best record. Baltimore has outscored its opponents by an average of 21.3 points during its current seven-game winning streak.

The Jacksonville Jaguars are favored by a point over the Tampa Bay Buccaneers in the game with the smallest betting line. The Denver Broncos and Los Angeles Chargers have the week’s lowest total at 38.5.
