For the second straight week, only one NFL game features an over/under higher than 50. Two games are tied with a week-low total of 38. Six totals fall between 47 and 49.5.

Below are the five best over/under picks in Week 4 with the latest betting odds at Las Vegas and online sportsbooks. Game totals are courtesy of OddsShark.

Oakland Raiders vs. Indianapolis Colts Under 45

This has all the makings of a Colts’ win in a low-scoring game. Look for Indianapolis to control the clock with a quarterback that doesn’t make mistakes and could be without his No.1 receiver. In two games against good teams, the Raiders have just 24 total points. Oakland is averaging 12.8 points in their last 10 games away from Oakland.

New England Patriots vs. Buffalo Bills Under 42.5

Buffalo is in for a wakeup call after going 0-3 against quarterbacks that still have no wins on the season. The Bills needed late comebacks to beat the Jets and Bengals, scoring just 38 total points in those games. Josh Allen and Co. won’t be so lucky against the NFL’s best secondary and a defense that still hasn’t given up an offensive touchdown. In three of New England’s last four matchups with Buffalo, they’ve won by at least 12 points and the final score totaled fewer than 37 points.

Kansas City Chiefs vs. Detroit Lions Over 55

When it doubt, go with the over in a game that includes Patrick Mahomes. The Chiefs have scored more than 25 points in all of the quarterback’s 22 career starts, including the playoffs. Mahomes has thrown at least three touchdown passes each week, and he could put up his biggest numbers of the season when he plays his first-ever NFL game indoors. Detroit’s 12th-ranked offense will have its share of success against Kansas City’s 24th-ranked defense.

Washington Redskins vs. New York Giants Over 49.5

The Giants and Redskins are the only NFC teams allowing more than 30 points per game. New York finally seems to have a good quarterback in Daniel Jones. Case Keenum might not be very good, but just about anyone can score on the Giants’ secondary. The total has gone over 51 in four of New York and Washington’s six combined games.

Dallas Cowboys vs. New Orleans Saints Under 47

Sunday night’s contest could be similar to last year’s primetime matchup between the Cowboys and Saints when Dallas won at home 13-10. New Orleans’ offense isn’t nearly as explosive with Teddy Bridgewater under center. The quarterback is averaging 5.75 yards on 80 attempts in his time with the Saints. Dak Prescott and the Cowboys’ offense is bound to take a step back after facing the three teams that rank at the bottom of the league in points allowed.
