Andrew Luck opted for retirement at a young age and most NFL personalities are befuddled. It was an unfortunate exit for the 30-year-old quarterback who said he was too pained to continue. Claiming his heart was no longer in the game, Luck opted to retire instead.

That decision did not sit well with Colts fans. Fans let him know what they thought of his decision, booing him after announcing he would retire. Luck said he was hurt by the reaction but it appears all of it is now water under the bridge.

In a report from TMZ Sports, the 2018 NFL Comeback Player of the Year pair the Colts a visit at their practice facility Thursday. It was the first time he was seen there since retiring from pro football. Though Indianapolis is on a bye this week, some players were around at the facility. That included Jacoby Brissett, the guy who succeeded him at the quarterback position.

Seeing Luck back in Indianapolis will spur a lot of rumors. Why did he visit? Is he missing NFL football already? Are there discussions going on for a potential return? These and more are expected to hit headlines in the coming days.

It would be best to note that a visit may not mean much. But a second or more sighting will spark NFL return rumors. If not as a player, what are the chances that Luck has been requested to give Brissett and other Colts quarterbacks some tips? That is possible.

At 30 years old, there is no question that Luck can still play in the NFL if he rediscovers that passion to play pro football. When he retired, he said that he wanted to travel and live a life away from football. Considering that it has barely been two months, this first sighting means nothing for now.

Regardless, the Colts are holding up well without Luck. They are coming off a big win over the Kansas City Chiefs in Week 5 and are considered a contender, USA Today reported. Head coach Frank Reich prefers not to look that far, opting to take wins as they come. Indianapolis will face the Houston Texans next in Week 7.
