Most of the postseason berths have been clinched, but the final 2022 NFL playoff picture remains very much unsettled. Two division titles and three wild-card berths will be decided in Week 18. Games on Saturday and Sunday will also determine much of the seeding in the NFC and AFC.

The Las Vegas Raiders, Baltimore Ravens and Pittsburgh Steelers are out of the latest playoff picture, but still have a chance to climb their way into the final AFC playoff bracket. The New Orleans Saints is the only NFC team that can move up into a top-seven seed in Week 18.

The Green Bay Packers have clinched home-field advantage throughout the NFC playoffs. They are the only team that is locked into a particular seed.

The Tennessee Titans will clinch the AFC’s No. 1 seed with a win. The Kansas City Chiefs, Cincinnati Bengals and New England Patriots are alive for the top spot as well.

New England is trying to catch the Buffalo Bills for the AFC East crown. Both teams have clinched playoff spots.

The Indianapolis Colts and Los Angeles Chargers control their own destiny, and both are a win away from making the playoffs. Every team in the latest AFC playoff picture is favored in Week 18.

The Los Angeles Rams are the NFC’s No. 2 seed before their season finale. L.A. can fall to the No. 5 seed if it loses and the Arizona Cardinals win in Week 18. Los Angeles and Arizona are still competing for the NFC West title.

The No. 3 seed Tampa Bay Buccaneers and No. 4 seed Dallas Cowboys are both favored by a touchdown in Week 18. Dallas visits the Philadelphia Eagles, who are guaranteed to be the No. 6 or No. 7 seed in the final playoff picture.

The San Francisco 49ers clinch the No. 6 seed and a wild-card berth if they beat the Rams. A 49ers loss coupled with a Saints win over the Atlanta Falcons would give New Orleans a postseason berth. The Saints are favored by more than a field goal in Atlanta.

San Francisco is an underdog in Los Angeles. The 49ers have a real chance to pull off the upset, entering the matchup with five straight wins over the Rams.

The Raiders and Chargers will compete for a wild-card spot on "Sunday Night Football." The winner of the game between the Steelers and Ravens will need help elsewhere to sneak into the AFC postseason bracket.

Who will win the matchup of AFC West rivals? Can the Colts lose in Jacksonville and open the door for another AFC North team to make the playoffs?
