There is plenty of intrigue regarding what the Arizona Cardinals and Oakland Raiders will do in the 2019 NFL Draft. Arizona could affect what a couple of teams do when they make their selection with the first overall pick, and Oakland has plenty of options since the No.4 overall pick is one of their three first-rounders.

The rumors won't go away that the Cardinals are eyeing Heisman Trophy winner Kyler Murray atop the draft, despite the fact that Arizona drafted quarterback Josh Rosen at No.10 overall just a year ago. Having Derek Carr under contract hasn't stopped the Raiders from considering taking Murray or another quarterback.

The Raiders have worked out both Murray and Dwayne Haskins. The Cardinals have not been linked to Haskins.

It's been largely assumed that drafting Murray would mean Arizona is trading Rosen, but the organization might not be in a rush to deal the second-year quarterback. According to NFL Network's Ian Rapoport, the Cardinals won't simply give Rosen away if they take Murray, and it's even possible that they could remain teammates this summer.

The New York Giants, New England Patriots and Los Angeles Chargers have reportedly expressed interest in Rosen. The Washington Redskins have also been viewed as a possible landing spot for Arizona's quarterback.

Whether it's Carr, Murray or Haskins under center for the Raiders next year, Oakland has been making moves to help their quarterback for the 2019 season. The team traded for Antonio Brown earlier this offseason, and they added another wide receiver Wednesday.

Oakland has signed Ryan Grant. The 28-year-old caught 35 passes for 334 yards in 14 games with the Indianapolis Colts last season.
