The 23-year-old Cleveland went undrafted in the 2014 NFL Draft, but was signed by the 49ers the same year. He played a total of six games with San Francisco but saw limited plays.
Like Cleveland, Devey was undrafted in the draft, in 2013. The 27-year-old has been with the Baltimore Ravens as a practice squad member in 2013 and the New England Patriots as part of the regular roster.
