The New England Patriots went from 7.5-point favorites to eight-point favorites in Thursday’s game against the Miami Dolphins, eventually winning by 29 points. A few other betting lines on the Week 8 NFL schedule have shifted even more since the start of the week.

The Arizona Cardinals started the week as four-point favorites for their visit to Cleveland, but they are laying even more points as of Friday. The betting line has moved to 5.5 points, as the Cardinals prepare to take on the Browns, who lost to the St. Louis Rams by 18 points last week.

The New York Jets are also favored by 1.5 more points than they were just a few days ago. Just two days before they take the field, they are favored by three points over the Oakland Raiders. The Raiders beat the San Diego Chargers last week, improving their record to 3-3. Two of their losses have come against the undefeated Cincinnati Bengals and Denver Broncos.

Cincinnati started the week as a slight favorite for their visit to Pittsburgh. The Steelers, with Ben Roethlisberger returning, were made favorites a day later. The betting line has settled in the middle, and perhaps the biggest game of Sunday afternoon is a pick’em.

The biggest game on the entire schedule is set for Sunday night. When the Green Bay Packers visit Denver, it will be just the fourth time in NFL history that teams with a record of 6-0 or better will meet. Green Bay began the week as a three-point road favorite, but the point spread has dropped to 2.5 points.

In Monday's game, the Indianapolis Colts have gone from 6.5-point underdogs to seven-point underdogs in their visit to Carolina. The Panthers are one of five remaining undefeated teams.
